About The Module

What do you do when logistics problems cause supply chain delays and your orders can’t get fulfilled? In these modules, you’ll discuss how to resolve common supplier and logistics problems. You’ll work with your coach to build the communication competency you need to successfully resolve critical supply chain problems for your business.

What We'll Practice

In this module, you’ll work with your coaching partner to resolve shipment order problems with a supplier.

Course Information

An introduction to a few key phrases and language used explaining an issue, clarifying information and resolving the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Next, an opportunity to apply the language and phrases in conversation with the module coach. You'll take on a roleplay situation about supply issues and use the module language to successfully confirm the problem and resolve it with your conversation partner.

In this sestion, a more complex problem is presented involving supply chain issues that needs to be resolved. You'll negotiate a solution with your coach and add the lesson language into your discussions.

In this final section of the module, the main problem  is introduced and your goal in the discussion is presented. You will recall the language you have used in the module to discuss, clarify and confirm details about a critical logistics problem or situation with your coach.

Course Information

Resolve real workplace situations that managers and executives manage in the logistics & supply chain sector. Learn the English needed to explain a supply issue and confirm what is required to resolve the problem with your coach.

Course Duration

The module is divided into four sections. The first is a self-study overview. The other three sessions involve discussions and negotiations with an executive coaching partner. Each session is 60 minutes in length, including a language feedback review in the final session.
